Grundet den aktuelle situation med COVID-19 – og den deraf følgende nedlukning af samfundet, herunder af teatrene, er Det Frie Felts Festival 2021 aflyst som den levende scenekunstfestival, den var tiltænkt at være. Billetsalget til alle forestillinger er indstillet, på nær til streamingværket as I collapse af recoil performance group. Købte billetter til festivalen i dens tidligere form refunderes.

Vi afholder i stedet en online-udgave af (dele af) festivalen. Ikke al information på websitet er derfor gældende for festivalen i sin nuværende form. Vi har dog valgt at lade den fulde hjemmeside forblive tilgængelig for at give mulighed for at læse om de enkelte kunstnere og værker, der skulle have været præsenteret i sin fulde længde på festivalen, og som stadigvæk er en del af online-versionen af festivalen.

Vi præsenterer en blanding af oplæg, kunstnerdialoger, live-streamet performance, video performance og uddrag af dokumentation af de til festivalen kuraterede værker.

Vi streamer live fra København hver dag kl. 16.00-18.00, modereret af festivalens kunstneriske ledere: Erik Pold og Gritt Uldall-Jessen. Det foregår på engelsk.

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 – and the subsequent lockdown of society, including all theaters – Selected Works 2021 as the live performing arts festival it was intended to be has been cancelled. Ticket sales for all performances are hereby suspended – except for tickets for the streamed performance as I collapse by recoil performance group. All tickets for the festival in its previous form are refundable.

Instead, we will arrange an online edition of (parts of) the festival. Therefore, not all information on this website is valid for the festival in its current form. Nevertheless, we have decided to keep the full website online to make it possible for our audience to gain information about the different participating artists and works that were supposed to be presented in full length at the festival, and who will still participate in the online version of the festival.

We present a mixture of presentations, artist dialogues, performances performed in front of a live camera, video works and excerpts from documentation of the performances that were selected to be presented at the festival.

We will be streaming live every day from Copenhagen between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m, hosted by the artistic directors of the festival: Erik Pold and Gritt Uldall-Jessen. It will be in English only.
